My response to that is -

Anyone want FOUR gorgeous sebbie ganders?

We're deciding for the second time now to get rid of our Sebastopols, but I'm pretty sure they're all boys. One might be a girl, but I've seen noone try and mate her or fight over her (even though it isn't the season, still, it acts like everyone else)

LOL How do they sound? That's the best way I've found at sexing them when they are grown...

All of you West - siders batton down your hatches. Stay safe.
For us they have called (now) for up to 65 mph gusts, but 30-40 mph winds....but nothing happning as of yet. DH moved the pickups out from under the big tree out front, just in case. everyone have a good (and safe) evening.

Rare Feathers: Do you have anything happening up on the hill, yet? I am on the flats and I have not heard any wind yet. I think it is suppose to hit tonight, but maybe it will miss us.

Nope...but it's "warm" out...38 degrees & 95% humidity. Lightly raining. We have the fire going just in case we lose power. No wind yet, though...

Well I just got a text from daughter and they lost power in Grand Mound . We are now getting hit by the wind and it has made the lights flicker so I guess I should go prep the generator. That will help prevent a power failure. But if I don't have the gen ready then we will probably go dark.
Batten down the hatches folks it's gonna get knarly out there.

It's been windy all day here. In fact, a goose blew over the fence. This happens a couple times a year during the wind storms, they get to running fro one side of the pasture to another when a good gusts hit and, whoopsie, there one goes.

The Dewlaps don't blow over,.. just the Sebbies. I also witnessed a neighbors lawnchair go flying down the street. What weather! We never had winds like this in NY!
