Good Morning Washington !!!!!!!!!!!!
I have net ! I was so bored yesterday what with the storm and locked indoors and no internet I actually read magazines and books !!
Bator is still going, and there should be several babies pip today that were set 27th and since the temps got cold, giving them a couple extra days.
We also caught Rocky in the hav-a-heart trap last night.
We have seen him around on both the wildlife cam and in daylight and he is about becoming very pet like and used to us and I really think our pup dog Jack has grown to like Rocky!
I expected to find them both shaked up in the dog house one day soon...DH is taking Rocky elsewhere and releasing him/her.
I have a couple photos to up/down load.
Man the storm is lightening/thunder/HAIL Horeendous rain with drops that will knock you down...it is still rain/hail here and 40 degreees,,,but wind has calmed.
Teresa stay warm and get well over there !
RareFeathers hope this is all blown away and we have clear weather for next week !

Doesn't that sense of power feel wonderful. Just being able to rattle the Rustler makes it worth it.

Your very welcome. Anytime! When you called I was on the phone with my client, and my DH says " Robin called for you." I was all "Robin???.......... OH!!! CHICKIELADIE!" lol

So my DH asked me yesterday after we got back from our monthly shoping trip... "Why you so bumbed out?" So I told him, because of his extra items in the cart, I can no longer afford to buy myself what I wanted for my B-day. So he's all, "Well what DO you want?" So I told him, "Something you have been promising me for TWO years. An incubator." So he then asks me, "Well is an incubator gonna make us money?" So I fired back, "Is the $475 Playstation you just bought gonna make us money?" That was the end of the discussion. lol

I am bumbed out, but I am really hoping that he gets the blatant hint that what I REALLY want for my birthday is an incubator... But even with that hope, I still doubt that I will get what I want... It will happen eventually.

Chickieladie! I'm glad you havnt floated away on your 20' hill! And I hope you are able to get all your outdoor gear dried out!

Coons are awfully cute! But they are devilishly smart as well, and there lies the problem! If they stay away from my property they are fine and safe. lol And I always kinda start to feel bad when I shoot one, but not really that much.
Don't get caught relocating him!!! That tends to be a BIG No No with the state...

There is an argument that relocating is more cruel than putting them down. I never relocated racoons or anything else but the theory makes sense that they can starve, get diseases, get hit by cars, attacked by dogs and oterh racoons and generally be misplaced makes sense.

I have severla wildtype swordtails mostly.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monterrey_platyfish Not really pretty but the origin of many current strains. Endangered in the wild.
Xiphophorus helleri
Xiphophorus nezahualcoyotl
Xiphophorus alvarezi
Xiphophorus birchmanni
Xiphophorus cortezi
Xiphophorus montezumae
also a cultivated strain of longfin lyretail swords, and hifin redtail/sunset platies.

I obtained these strains from private breeders around the country pretty much. Some are directly from their origins. The British are really into livebearers adn they have the most strains generally. I got the Monterrey platies from a university professor, they are not old enough to breed quite yet. Not the most brilliant but not the most drab either. It was time for something new for me as I had done planted with compressed co2, reef, various saltwater setups, corals, inverts, cichlids, and everything else but livebearers of the wild type.

I just figured out that I am elergic to a specific bandage/glue used on it... What was a tiny little cut, is now red inflamed rashy, around the tiny little cut, that is also now all itchy and red...
