My field is whatever weeds and grass were there plus the clover I over seeded with. I want my girls to have good stuff.

It looks like we are narrowing it down to the Colville area, maybe the Colville National Forest, but we are still looking in several counties (Spokane, Pend Oreille, Stevens, Ferry, and Okanogan). I have looked in Oregon but did not like what I found.

We have 27 more days until she is here and tomorrow we have a sonogram, yea.

I reccomend Leavenworth, Dryden, Peshastin. or if you want seasonally remote, methow, twisp, or on a lake chelan. because honestly the best place to live is NCW its a short drive from any point of the state, other than the penninusla... we have the cheapest electricity prices. many recreational activities. fiber optics. Wenatchee. i live in Peshastin..... google Chelan or Douglass County.... oh lake wenatchee is a quiet place, beautiful nearby but has mosquitos. oh one of the only places where you can get over 300 days of sunshine. its true. i travel alot but i always love to return to my mountains. 20 drive i am in the dessert. 45 min drive i am in a lake. 10 minute drive, deep in the mountains.

Consider us!
What kind of work do you want? there is many industrial and agriculture in my area plus tourism retail and many other things.

if you are looking for realestate in the NCW area my mom is a realtor and can help you find a place. she been doing it 17+ years
email me if you want a realtor to help you, cos my mom is one of the best.

I too am a Realtor, I work for John L. Scott, here in Omak. I grew up in the Methow Valley (in Twisp - up Twisp River Rd) and now I live in Omak. From what Nature Farms was saying in earlier posts....I don't think he wants the Methow or Twisp and the closer to Mazama you get the more unrealistically expensive it gets. Taxes are high on land and land prices are high. I actually know quite a few people who where "taxed" right off their property and out of the Valley (my parents are 1). Also, many of the local ranchers have been taxed out. I have some clients who are buying in the Colville area and they really feel that they got a lot of bang for their buck....but it is really "out there". It reminded them of Alaska, where they just moved from. It is beautiful.

Well, it was getting light outside, so I went out to open the pop door. No one came out. Hmmmmm, this is not a good sign, but i know there is no way for anything to get in. Open the main door, everyone looks at me. They are still on their roosts. I swear Tyson (my roo) stretched and scratched himself, while yawning. They all blinked at me and gave me the stink eye of "What? Whatcha want? Can't you see we are sleeping?". We have cloud coverage and the nice insulated coop, the girls were all warm and cozy. Snug as bugs in a rug (that one is for you Terrie - how is the fly?)

They have come out into the run now, but I swear they all gave me the stink eye as they came out....they are acting like teenagers. "Ya, whatever".
