My cousin and I went out to exercise every so often, then my family moved.
My cousin was at the track alot, on the cicuit, her Dad (my Uncle) was a jockey when young but then started training...his name J.W. Nicholson, and my other uncle trained, his name Leno Luigi Cenini, just passed a few months ago.
My cousins are still hanging around the circuit in one way or another, Guy was jockeying, got too big and now is training I think ..Gary Nicholson, and sister Laurie is running a food/catering biz.
I have not seen them for 20 years.
They are in L.A. now.
They were living a block from Bay Meadows, that is where we went out to exercise, and ponied yearlings.

Put 2 and 2 together...when you buy eggs from the BYC auction site, they use your BYC name, which goes through paypal to the seller, so they know your BYC alias.
Surehatch only sells via paypal, so they got a payment from me and it must have said from Chickielady AND my real name and address...instead of just my real name and address.
Surehatch is online here on BYC alot.

Illia are you still getting the Lav Ams cuz I have not heard a peep from Pink Chick and we are not going down that way anytime in the foreseable futurem, sorry I cannot help.
Maybe she can ship them, it is not very far !

Actually that is not a bad idea considering how much time & gas it would take to drive to and pick them up and then get to Forks...can you talk her into it ?

These electrical storms and nasty winds have kept me up for 3 nights along with DH's Olympic snoring !!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I've just never done it that way. Maybe having a brain fart but when I've paid sellers from BYC all I have is their Paypal email. I log onto Paypal and click 'send money' to that email. And they recieve it from my real name as registered with paypal. I've never paid THRU BYC but I was up all night waiting for my AWOL son to show up so hard to put 2 and 2 together right now. Maybe I'll get it later.

I would have to agree wiff ya on the ferrets I have a scar on my beak to show how fast they are and that they can/ will bite.

Nope, chickens aren't birds...they are freaks of nature...didn't you know that?? LOL I totally get the whole "bird" thing...I work at the emergency clinic down here in Tualatin, and I still have issues with lots of different birds (parroty-type things that could rip my face off) but I'm getting better...only because I've made myself handle them. African Greys still freak me out though...birds shouldn't be smarter than us!

Funny thing is, I'll handle a Great Horned Owl, or Bald Eagle with no qualms at all...talk about a bird that could rip my face off!
