Sleep apnea isn't always a weight issue. DH had sleep apnea even when he was 165lbs at 6'4". Your DH is at risk of heart attack and strokes because of sleep apnea. He might think he is sleeping through anything, but not really. He is having to wake up many times per hour just to keep breathing at all. I wish you the best on living with a bad snorer. I have to tell my DH to sometimes fix his mask so that it stops leaking. I won't sleep with in in the same room without the CPAP machine either.

Yeah - my dad was in great shape but died at 61. His dad was huge, diabetic and survived on salt-water taffy and lived to nearly 80, though he could not walk the last 10 years of his life. Don thinks he's like his dad because the two of them have low cholesterol. It scares me, and also makes me a bit angry because we have 2 kids (9 and 12 ... we started the kid thing late). I would hope he'd like to be around to spen quality time with them!

I understand where you are coming from. I also know how hard it can be to get a guy to do something he doesn't want to do. I guess we just hope that there will be a wake up call soon. I still remember when my DH insisted in buying a Goldwing when the kids where about your kids ages. I would have rather had him wait until they were older. I was scared about how hard it would be to raise the kids on my own.

I tell you. I have them coming out my ears! I have around 30 seramas right now and they are like rabbits they keep multipling and I cant get rid of them because they are just to cute~

I open, clean (poop trays) feed and top off the water buckets in all my coops in my jammies and rubber gum boots and a sweatshirt.
and when done, I shower and put on real clothes, and no, I do not sleep in the jammies

Well, just for the record, I don't sleep in the dirty ones either! I take my showers at night.

Mine has apnea, it really shows up as you age and your facial skin becomes so more loose.
His Dad has been seeing a dr about it too, and another friend of mine's huby has it so bad he has to wear one of those positive air pressure masks at night.
The snoring here is astonomical...I get about an hour or two a night.
I am so exhausted...and in this tiny cabin there is no where to go to get some quiet.
SIGH!
I just did 2 to freezer camp, a roo and a mature buck meta rabbit.
that is enough for 1 day.
Now to finish transferring the frozen food to the new freezer...
I am quitting the meat rabbit biz...anyone want a pair of buns let me know, $15 a head.
