Not even once as far as I know, and I'm the "noisey neighbor" watching for the animal control truck through the open patch to THEIR street after I call! I was so ticked about my neighbor's dog falling in their pool! The woman was HOME and ignored me baging on her front door, screaming & yelling in her front yard, AND breaking into her backyard (where her dog and another dog from the other side of her had dug into her yard) were! After my neighbor gave me a ride back home, she had been in the shower when I called her to tell her where her dog was and came over as soon as she got the message, I had to take a shower because I was a complete mess from the whole thing. I had just gotten out of the shower when I saw the woman in the yard recovering her pool, so I marched barefoot across my yard to let her know what had happened (giant rip in the cover). She told me she was perfectly aware of the entire thing and would be getting a lock for the gate! She had planned to let Kita (the neighor's dog) drown before she did anything about it!
Now, I agree that the dog shouldn't be digging, but this time, the "visiting" dog from her yard had actually dug into her yard and Kita had just followed back through the hole. We met Kita when she dug into our yard shortly after we moved in, lol. But, she and my lab are really good friends now and would play together until they got home. Our dog's are about the same size and our yards are both securely fenced. They have since put up an electric fence and haven't had any issues since then.
I have ZERO faith in Spokanimal....they are a useless agency as far as I'm concerned.
