Thanks Illia! Thats what I figured, and also why I called her hatcherydelaware type. lol I honestly have NO clue what she is, I bought her last spring from a farm in Renton. She really could be anything, as he has at least 20 different breeds all running around and packed into pens.

I can see you there, right now in the warm house making cookies, and entertaining friends (me!) and chickens out back, hourses in the side yard....pasture up over the hill...why has no one gotten back to you ?
Get the listing # and call a Century 21 Realtor (anywhere) and ask them to Pleeeze run the listing # and find out what is going on with this house ?
Have 2,4 too many help you !
She knows how to search the data base and find out if it is for sale pending, or still up for grabs or in escrow ??
Get a realtor to help you search and represent you, and Century 21 is my favorite.
My Son's MiL is a Century 21 realtor in the Snohomish area...
