Honestly, I first thought this was photos of fudge or brownies....made me kinda hungry. Tomatoes and peppers are good too...but kinda disappointing compared to fudge or brownies.

Personally, I'd want to be slightly closer to a hospital/shopping, etc. Oh and you'd need a 4wd for sure...there is LOTS of snow up in Republic! I'm in Okanogan (Pleasant Valley, which is up Loup Loup Pass). I am about 25 minutes from Wal-mart or 20 minutes from the hospital. The few times I've had to call the police--it is a 30 to 45 minute response time.

Republic would be way further than these, wouldn't they Heather? If I remember correctly, Republic also has a racetrack. It is quite the draw in the summer, too. But 4wd would definitely be a must. Are you used to snow? If you are going to move to Republic, be ready for it.

Nice load.

My oldest son wants a 68 to 72 GMC pick-up. He turns 14 in 2 weeks and want us to take him to the dmv to get a learners permit.

at 14? you have to be 15 1/2 here to have a learners permit. I think you can be younger if you are only driving on the farm.

Actually you can get your permit at 15. My DS started drivers Ed a week before he turned 15. He got his permit the day he turned 15. I let him because I wanted the kids to have at least a full year of driving with an adult before being on their own. I got my permit at 15 also. I was 15 in July and got my permit in September. The thing is the kid has to be in drivers ed.

that is an amazing stack of wood in the back of that truck...and yes, I agree, that is what GMC stands for. But you are right....you can switch out the ornament.

Switching out the ornament does NOT change the fact that it's still a GMC!

I would have to agree that your chevy looks like one of the boats you have been referring to...but the Hudson is gorgeous. How about a Packard...rumor has it, that they wanted to use my family's crest (Packard is my dad's mother's maiden name) as the car emblem...went to court and everything...but the family would not sell out. I think that is how it went....don't remember...long day.

Hellooooo That was not me that posted the LAND YACHT it was CL. And I really hate to break yer heart dear but SHORT BOX F150.... That is basically a car with an extra large open trunk.

Well I think I could probably handle a little pontoon boat. Here is my 95 F250 Powerstroke. I built the rack and yes that is a VW bug. And then the customized 18' fifth wheel trailer with my Banshee on front. We were dune bound and that was the last trip for the bug. Six hour drive and I tore the rear suspension out from under it in 20 minutes. Momma and Quincy werent too proud of me for that. But I paid for it with 2 weeks of pain from the harness's (seatbelts) on my shoulders..
