Dang those are cute and fuzzy! I love the videos where they are running around..... I better go look up a spinach quiche recipe for dinner which is the reason why I came to my computer anyways; otherwise I may end up with a lake in my backyard, 15 of those cool ducks, and a help wanted ad so I can make the $ to pay for it all. (first day on the job not in training went well today despite recording only 6 of the 7 digits in someones phone number when I passed his question to the tax pro .... we sat and dialed all the possible missing digits until we found him. Ooops!)

P.S. No more eggs have hatched, they went into lockdown today, why the one hatched 5 days early is a guess but seems the egg must have been brooded a wee bit until gathered...by Saturday we should have alot of freiends for the wee lonely duckie...

You know I have wanted to stop by your farm many times over the past couple years. I love trying to peek through the brush down from the road to your place. lol Such a pretty little setting you have there. Does your place flood out like the cattle fields next to you? I only wish my little farm looked half as nice as yours.

But we are a work in progress, and I am still learning.

The back 4-5 acres are currently under water, well at least somewhat. We are definitely rather wet at the moment. Let us know when you have time to stop in, usually we are both (Rikke and myself) are here. More than happy to offer up tea/coffee and chat your ear off about the animals we love. A good measure of the property closer to the road is all garden for the CSA, lots of garlic growing out there, in all that water
