Um, creepy. I hope that neighbor isn't sizzling anything on the barbie that's going to spatter on him.

Actually, he is quite creepy. Friend has told me many a story. and I am not joking...he is BBQing nude. Their porches are side-by-side...he is out there in all his glory.

What fun! I'll bet that looks cool, all those plants happily growing in your sister's warm and sunny room... Your sister isn't expected home anytime soon, is she? Would she be surprised that her room has been requisitioned?

Wow CL... those are pretty helpful photos since I'm thinking about poop trays before the coop goes up. I'll need to explain to my builders what I need - and pictures can tell the story for me! So, are those poop trays removable in case you want to do a deep clean? Or do they stay clean enough with the sand and scoop method?

Am I the sole supporter of the Washingtonian posters tonight? I just got home after being gone for several hours. We hosted a Spaghetti Dinner and Wine Tasting fundraiser at the family wine shop for a group here in Pierce County called the "Just Because Club". They provide aid for underprivileged children ages 4-17. Many of the kids have been displaced because of abuse or neglect in the home and this organization hosts Christmas parties and presents, birthday gifts, summer barbeques, etc. because they have no current families to provide those extras for them. We sold dinner tickets and then 20% of all wine sales tonight went back to the Just Because Club. I'm happy to say we were able to raise almost $500 for them tonight! And it was a good dinner - pasta with red sauce, meatballs that my Dad made, my cousin made Italian sausage, salad, lots of desserts, and I made a ton of pizzelle, (a light italian cookie baked in a press so that it looks like a snowflake).

It was for a good cause, but I've been standing for hours so my dogs are achin'...

Oh she knows.

She's expected home soon too, but we've got a "guest bed" for her in another room. She's actually pretty excited about all our plants. . . As she knows she'll have some AMAZING food to eat in the summer/fall.

Seems like you should be able to report that, since he doesn't have privacy fencing...
