I'll plant some seeds like lettuce, beets, carrots etc. in between the transplants, probably over the next couple days.
That looks so awesome. I can't wait!

We got so much snow, but it's going fast in these 40s and 50s days and sunny weather. I still can't do much in the garden for at least another month, but I'm anxious for my flowers to come up and to plant some too. That'll be a few more weeks too.

Thank you.

This is THE time to me to do outside projects, due to mild temperatures, light insect load (mosquitoes and gnats), and lower humidity.

We've got a load of 6 cubic yards of Dark Forest coming tomorrow for the raised beds, topdressing under the fruit trees, and to rototill into the new flower beds. Anyone want to come help move it all to the back one wheelbarrow at a time?
we just did that with 3 of these!

i'm broken.
otherwise, i would totally help you. 😂

Yesterday I repotted some of my tomatoes and peppers that were getting big. I'm excited because they are looking good
Isn't that a great feeling? Growing seedlings can sometimes be disappointing, but when they are doing well it is exciting!

Due to mild weather here in Nampa, we were pleasantly surprised to see Broccoli from last year still growing & putting on new florets. Also, I buried some of the lettuce stems with a few seed pods on them. I just figured they'd compost, but there is small Buttercrunch lettuce seedlings coming in. :celebrate
