Haha! just realized our leg bands came in for our birds. Now we can look all professional like at the WFF show on March 19th (saturday) just in case anyone didn't know.

Just woke up from the couch...missed the last 15 minutes of a show I'd be watching....oops! It's 7 degrees out. And we have lots of snow forecasted but so far, nothing?

I filled out my forms for Monroe today....but then went out and looked around the coop and made some changes.

I wish it was about a month later in the season....most of my birds are pretty rough looking and my poor white Houdan bantam has no tail feathers.

So she's not going.

I think my list is as follows:

1 LS pullet
1 Coronation pullet (maybe? it's not an accepted color though so I might leave her home)
1 Sumatra hen
2 bantam Orloff roosters

Sales list:
1 calico Cochin pair
1 calico Cochin cockerel
1 bantam Orloff roo (not bearded)
and whatever rooster places in the bottom of the two Orloffs I'm showing will also be sold

Lastly, I'm not sure about my Muscovy and Sebbie I wanted to bring to sell....I don't recall seeing any goose/Muscovy drake sized sale pens there??? Maybe I'll need to email someone and find out....

Here's my little white pullet from last year at the show....she felt really cool, too! LOL She did win best of breed but I didn't want to break it to her that she was the ONLY white Houdan bantam there.

OK all caught up!!!! I have had an awful migraine for the last few days on top of everything else so staring at the computer was not in the cards.

Thank you everyone for all the prayers and well wishes. A HUGE thank you to CL and Jbear for checking in on me.

I went and saw another specialist on Friday. Running some more bloodwork. Should get results from that on Tues. Still waiting to hear from the hematologist about the bloodwork from last week. I have to go back in for another internal ultrasound and some tests on my liver and heart. Hoping to have some answers soon. It's getting hard to keep up with teenage twins, ducks, and work!

My stupid furnace has decided to stop working. Woke up to a 53* house this morning!!! I have tons of wood but it's green. So went to CR's favorite store Helmart and bought a stupid box of wood! Just going to burn it at night to keep the icicles from forming inside!!

I might start sleeping with Daffy under her heat lamp!!!!

Threw my Papa a 91st birthday party today.

Luckily my girls are excellent bakers and made 2 cakes for us to serve. (while I slept in) Then we went to dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant. I would have loved to cook but just don't have the energy.

Ok I think that is pretty much my week!

***I did find a great deal on some Hanes crewneck sweatshirts for women. If you want a sweatshirt instead of a t-shirt PM me ASAP!!!!

I think we are going to have to go with a gray shirt instead of a green shirt tho.

We had a hard time getting the paint to show right on a dark green fabric. Hope everyone is ok with that!
I will be buying the shirts tomorrow evening. So if you want to change anything... size, sweatshirt, or cancel your order....... I need to know by 5:00pm! PM me because I might not be able to catch up on all the posts before ordering!
