Enough for me! I did what I could to keep us at the top for tonight. I'm exhausted!

Anyone who lives in a contaminated area from a smelter or whatnot concerned with lead and arsenic in their eggs from free ranging chickens?

Ok, so it just hit me that my eggs are due on the day of the Monroe show. What do I do? Are they ok ontheir own? I so want to go and meet you guys! Plus all these flowers need new homes. Any advice?

OF course it has to be snowing today. We are going to Oly to get the little coop that will (hopefully soon) become home to my new herd ooops flock of RIR Bantam. I hope to get this going and be able to share some before too long. I know RIR are kind of just a plain red bird. But these little ones are soo cool. They are too friendly. Lay nice size eggs for thier size and don't eat much !!!! I am not really looking forward to going out and loading all the stuff I will take. Yes I go prepared to do battle that way I am sure I have enough equipment with me to get it done. I was going to load yesterday but since they were saying we could possibly get up to 3" of snow I didn't want to have to dig through snow to find tools etc plus I really don't want to leave the generator, drills and saws out in the snow if I don't have to.

Yup as long as ya got duct tape and hay wire ya can fix most anything.

Well with the miles of bailing twine and about 4 rolls of duct tape, I should be good to go! lol

Bailing twine works great until ya gett back to the barn where ya got some hay wire !!!

Hey, I'm curious about the bells so many of you are talking about. The ones CR is making. Does anyone have a picture so I can visualize? Thanks. After seeing the rooster he made for Chickielady, I'm sure they're nice. I'd love to see one.
