OK boyz and girlyz here it is one last time upon "special request" by broodytood. Keep in mind this is a 6" dia which I am out of but do have 8"dia. This one is about 16" long. Also this one was requested cut at an angle I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT AGAIN!!! they will all be cut straight. I can make most any design you want for the "sail" (where the sun is on this one). Basically if I can get a pic or drawing I can resize and cut it. I also made the wall mount bracket that this one is hanging on. Keep in mind this stuff is all hand made so no 2 are eggsactally the same. I will warn that I do currently have a rather lengthy list of orders from MY BYC BUDDIES (who) ROCK. So If you are in a hurry (especially in this cold) I may be too slow. If you are in the area this one is hanging at Premium Quality Hay and Feed on HiWay 12.

Way beautiful bird.

Do you have a pair of shades for her??
She'll look so cool.

I had meant to post also.....my DH used to call these "hippy chickens". We love them. They look like they have big "fros".

I too am a member of the clean plate club. I have the same kind of eating problems. I also make my kids try some of everything....or if I know it is something that is not their favorite...then I only give them a small amount. But if they pull the "I'm full" card....there is no seconds of something else or dessert....remember...you were full.

Haha...my son insist that he has 3 tummies. One for vegetables, one for protein and one for carbs...(candy mostly).
So when one is full, the other ones may be running on empty.

Very cute. How old is your son? Sounds like something my oldest (17 yo) would come up with. He is all about the meat and starch (as long as it is a potatoe).

I really want to go to the show. Anyway I could wait until then and get the chicks from you there? Then I can meet everyone who is attending. And give myself a little informal poultry schooling? Would this work, or would it be better for me to come down before hand?

Ugg! Stupid crows are chasing my girls off their feed!!! They are IN my coop!!! Well not actually IN the coop, but in the fully covered run... Crows are so insanely smart, they drive me nutts...

Thank you....I will go look. I know that there has to be something out there that would work good....you are so injenuitive (sp?), such as with the feeder bucket. I already bought the expensive waterer....waste of money that was.

plastic folgers can....hmmmmm. Nail or screw in the wall....wrap plastic can with some wire (ie, bailing wire) a couple of times, twist off in back, make a loop and use loop to hang from nail. Viola...waterer. maybe? will have to experiment.

She is hatchery stock, so NOT anywhere near as poofy on the head as show stock silkies. lol But the dark purple comb and teeny tiny wattles, and her pooffy little fro. She is so stinking cute, but if she was bigger, she might actually intimidate someone, as she just looks evil. lol

You have been esp-eeing on me, havn't you ?
I thought the can/wire thing meself, but I think the wire would slide off, from the weight of the water...some 7.32 pounds per gallon...I am gonna surf Petco & Drs Foster & Smith.com and see what I can find, then have to make brunch.

I'd come down and help if I didnt have to plan everything out beforehand. Remember I work mainly outside anyway, so working in a cold shop wouldn't be much worse than working in a pole barn. And as long as I dont have to empty 4 inches of thick icwe, I'm good to go!
