Would you ask him to bring a sack of layer feed, please.

And a sack of his starter feed.

Yes! because your eggs must be getting close to hatching, right? SO excited for you!

Bantie baby #1! The kids called it bug cause it's so much smaller than the Marans we hatched out last week. 2 1/2 inches maybe. Time will tell what kind it is. Anybody like to play the guessing game?

Hi Rainwolf -

Do you happen to know what it takes to start a drop-off site for the food? I mentioned the feed to someone in North Bend with more that 100 chickens. He asked if I could re-reach it to see if they can deliver to North Bend if they have enough people buying. He would like for me to talk about it at the next Grange meeting, and using the Grange as the drop-off site. The Sallal Grange in North Bend just re-started last year. It id just a large meeting hall with a huge kitchen now. They don't sell stuff like the Issaquah Grange does, just a community meeting place with pot-luck meals and local musicians can play there. I was told they are trying to arrange clubs for cooking, canning, livestock, etc. open to families since we don't have an active 4-H club here. I still have not been there, but it sounds interesting.

Everybody like Starbuck's? How would it be if the winner gets a Starbuck's gift card? Who's in for that? Do they have gf coffees? Fun way to cut the spring greys!

Send me your guesses if you want to play and when it is old enough to tell, a winner will be announced!

OK, so I shot my Steveson Show entrie in to the Post Office, should be pot marked first thing in the morning...and booked a room at the Rodeway Inn per Cloverleaf as the cheapest price, looks like a nice clean place..and right up the road from the Fairgrounds..OK I am excited now!
So, After fighting with my computer printer..and assorted other stuff, I now can go out and collect eggs & close coops.
We are planning on being at the Fairgrounds EARLY Saturday morning to coop in before 9 AM.
