My worms survived the winter!!! I thought they would die outside in the cold but they are multiplying like crazy!

I am not sure if you saw my post that I had an amniosyntesis.........I did, as my first baby was severely challenged.
The second child was perfect, the amnio showed every proof, and it was scarey, but calmed my mind.
It was 1080, and things have greatly improved since then, so do contact a good doc, and if necessary, go to Seattle or Spokane.
And it will be a comfort for you.

P.S. the third was perfect too !!!
The first we have found, was challenged due to chemicals I used in the work place.

LOL! This neighbor is usually pretty nice,I don't know why she is so concerned about roosters! If she makes a stink about the roosters, I'm pretty sure it won't hold up. If I make a stink about her dogs, the CC&R's are very explicit that they need to be either on the owners property or on a leash.

I'm on 3.5 acres, smallest lot in the neighborhood. We can have cows if they are for our own use, that is specifically stated in the rules. I read the CC&R's, and there is no rule against roosters, and it does say livestock are permitted. I think because of the location and the views, our neighborhood is full of wealthy retired young people with way too much time on their hands and instead of making themselves useful and by volunteering their efforts to a worthy cause, some like nothing better than causing trouble for their neighbors - thankfully this gal is neither wealthy nore retired, and she is usually pretty nice. (The homes here vary from small cookie cutter to palatial). There is one jerk in the neighborhood who hired someone to go up in a helicopter to take photos of everyones lots and then reported to the HOA board all the landscaping and structures that did not get clearance from the architechtural review committee and he threatened to take ua all to court! My driveway comes within 18' of my property line. According to the CC&R's it is supposed to be no closer than 40' from any neighbor. Due to the bow-tie shape of our lot, we could not get it any further from the property line. Where we border a public steet and where we border a 45 acre greenbelt, I got county permission, and had the HOA issue a variance. My neighbor is on 10 acres, and his house sits way back. The greenbelt ends at a narrow point between us where my driveway gets too close. I did not bother clearing it with him. My neighbor is nice. He does not care. The jerk (my husband's former boss!!!!) still threatened to sue, even though it was not his property that was being impacted! So I had my neighbor write a letter that he has no issue with the placement of our driveaway, took the letter to a lawyer, and submitted it to the committee. The jerks neighbor also had a driveway that was too close (A nice couple from NY who raised chickens on their property ... and they had roos too!). I'm sure the jerk would have sued about the roos had he found any way to declare them against the rules. He did sue them for their driveway, and they had to rip it out and install it on the other side of their property (and they had a cement driveway with the house at the back of a 20 acre lot!). I think I'm safe about the roos.

If dogs barking equals safety then I am safe all night long, and also at 15 second intervals. I dont mind dogs that bark for a reason but there are soooo many dogs that just bark and bark and bark. What Im looking at is the social status that dogs have over chickens. As part of the no more roosters thing in Seattle they made it easier to file a complaint against noisy dogs from my understanding.
