You only have the one hygrometer in there? I'd maybe try and bump the humidity really really quickly. Now that they have pipped, they can start to dry out and get shrink wrapped. So I'd wet like a 1/4 of a sponge (assuming standard kitchen sink sized sponge.....a NEW one of course), and pop it in there as quickly as you can!
And as soon as this hatch is over, you need to go and get at least one more hygrometer and then do a search on the boards here for how to calibrate your hygrometer. I think you put 1/2 cup of salt in a coffee mug, add 1/4 cup of water to the salt and stir. Place coffee cup with salt mixture inside a large zip lock bag with the hygrometer's and seal. Leave for 24 hrs. At that point, the hygrometers SHOULD read 75%. If they do not, than they are off, and you need to make a note of how far they are off and remember that when using them in the future. Say one reads 65%. Than you will know that it is off by -10%, and when it reads 65% in the future, the REAL humidity level will be 75%. Does that make sense?
Do the search on the boards though to make sure I have my numbers all correct.
