I was too embarassed to show you just how many I have when you were here! I have OCD when I enter a bead shop. http://bestsmileys.com/hitting/6.gif

Sometimes I host beading workshops here just so I can get more money for chickens now! No longer have much time for beading and the stuff sells better when I have people design their own and I just finish it off for them. Need to do another... I will find a bunco party to attend so I can stick out a stack of invitations! Works well, all the ladies wear the stuff they made to the next bunco and I have more people wanting to attend another beading party!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, you did come to mind!
Were you lurking????????

I leave my computer on and run to catch up between posts

HI JUST BUGGED!!!! WE SURE MISSED YOU!!!!

I no longer have many boys left for freezer camp; just 2, but DD and DH won't let me get rid of the run, so that leaves only 1, but he's a gorgeous exhibition black orpington from CGG that I am hoping someone will want for their flock - Huge and very mellow.

Filling my pool now - noticed the filter was making slurpy sounds, so I got to fix it before I go to bed. It's an "Endless Pool" about twice the size of a big hot tub with a current in it. Someday I will have to replce the vinyl liner, but I will have to make and sell a lot of jewelry before I can afford a new one, so I am putting patches on patches. Must be a new hole somewhere for me to find, the level dropped too quick. We love the pool, and use it frequently, and because it is indoors, heat and upkeep are about $30/month.

I have 5 small boys people can use for learning... I'd do 1/2 price and $5 each if any need a roo to learn on.

I have a good friend coming to visit on Sunday - haven't seen her in a year. Unfortunately it is the one with the son I told CL about - bad to the core, even as an infant he'd poke his fingers into the eyes of the other babies around him and laugh when they cried. Now he's 12. DS can't stand him, and we'd always find lots of broken things whenever he visited ... He and DS were the ones who poured rocks down the septic cleanout till the plumbing all backed into the basement for a $3 grand repair! DH had enough of the repair bills a few years ago and banned him from visiting. I'm hoping enough years have passed that he has mellowed some.

at least the C-17s stay up at reasonable altitude, not like the C-141s who used to drag over our runway in diamond formation, about 200 feet up; darn wing vortices knocked me completely off my feet

I was going to show you a photo of one of my cows who thinks C-17s are going to bring her hay from the sky, but Photobucket is not cooperating.

Here we go:

Heh, heh: couldn't go back to sleep, blood glucose at 70mg dl so: early breakfast.

This after fried oysters for dinner, which used to make my BG spike and stay high. Oh, well, more learning to do.

Ian has decided to be a proper rooster and crow at dawn: that equals the neighbors with the daycare not oiling their swingset for the past five years? No, not so much.
