that one looks awesome, do you have the plans and parts needed for this. i am not in any way electrically inclined, but would love instructions to build this.
I could tell ya the parts I used and try to explain how I did it but I still would suggest reading in the home made incubator section. It was SOOOOO helpful to me when I was doing mine.
I found the most important part is the thermostat. spend $ on a good one!
I recommend the Lyons TX thermostats but they cost $60 and up. http://lyonusa.com/html/incubation_html/temp_controls.html
parts are fairly easy,
Heating element (light bulb or I used a old heater with the heat wire and fan)
Fan (see above)
thermostat
a reliable accurate thermometer or 5
a humidity/water tray with sponges if needed.
Main things...
it maintains temp with very little differences
it maintains humidity wanted
and it has ventilation for air exchange
I'll try and get photos of mine soon but I used a wine cooler fridge
and I have a second wine cooler fridge that works to keep eggs in till I set them or sell them.
Wine fridges keep good temps at 50-60 and maintain humidity well.
Go for it! and good luck!
