Hey, do you want Thor back? He'd go well with some Splash ladies!!!!

lol no! I have 5 extra cockerels already., is thor blue? someone on here was wanting a hoss son in blue.

I would absolutely love one, but I have a little black boy I would like to keep. This is from the breeder I had PMd you about sometime ago. I could get rid of him though and have a blue....but I have a black pullet and will be keeping a few buff pullets. What would I come up with from that kind of combo?

I was almost afraid to say my opinion of that movie after it came out but since I am not alone.... GAG! The people who made that movie are the ones who think that domesticated animals should be returned to the wild to live free! Sorry, just had to rant a bit!

You're supposed to be too enthralled by the graphics to notice that the plot leaves something to be desired.

The graphics are fabulous.

Barred Wyandotte maybe? We have a bantam and it looked a lot like that. The comb is called strawberry or rose I think? It was hard to see the comb on our chick at first. Made me think it might turn out to be a pullet but it is now crowing. This is a pic of ours but it is a bit younger I think. Wish I had a better pic of the comb but it really looked like it didn't have one for a while. Hope this helps.

Isn't it funny how the brain adds the "L". I never noticed it missing until someone pointed it out. It is still wonderful.

I painted welcome on a gate once and did exactly the same thing.

So speaking of orps. Does anyone know if I breed a non english to an english, what the chicks will be like? Will there be a certain # of english and a certain # of non. Or just a bunch of blase' chicks?
The hatch I did from Rising Star/Carol gave me 1 blue boy but he does not have true english form. But I have some gorgeous black girls and boys that are good form. Just wondered what I would end up with.
I would also buy splash pullets from ya!!! Need to mix up my lines anyway.

Yes, I want to know this too. I need to ask the lady I got the eggs from (that I hatched out) but I am assuming they are engllish.

I'm too tired to get up and go to bed, so I thought I'd add another turkey vulture pic.

There didn't used to be many of these around in Western Washington, and they were slower to recover from the DDT die-off than any other species. There's a French phrase "jolie-laide" which means pretty-ugly; vultures are an extreme example of that quality. One of the most beautiful things I ever saw was a flock of vultures ending a long southward migratory glide over the log decks at the Port of Olympia and then spiral up into the air, a slow tornado in reverse, gaining altitude in the thermal to make another long slow glide south.

thats my story and thats all it is a story.

He where's the fishin report???

We like to Bass fish and we catch and release. I landed 3 large mouth, DH landed 2 small mouth and 1 perch. We also hooked at least 3 more a piece....but our trolling motor then died. So we came home. Found a fuse had flipped. Know more for next time. Had to come home anyway to take DD to recital.
