Wanted to share something with the Washingtonians out there. I know you do not have one of these. OK, maybe you have a shed of junk and a hutch full of guineas(of many colors), but not too many of you have a hundred plus year old live oak(husband says it is 300 years old but not sure about that--plantation dated back before the civil war), planted during the civil war period. We live on a section of an old plantation called the church lot. The actual house site that was on this property is not far away from us but the house was burnt during Shermans crossing from Savannah. Oh yah, we live outside of Savannah, GA.
