Call the papers! T Hi is gonna have some of those weird feathered things (that don't quack) for a few days!!!!!

I'm gonna be cool like all of you!!! I get to join the popular crowd for a couple days!!!

I'm getting CHICKENS tonight -------------- to foster for CR---------------- I would never go to the darkside full time!! I love crazy QUACKERS!!!!

ACK!!!

I walked into a spider web FULL of little red freshly hatched tiny red spiders! Didn't see the web right in front of my coop! Now I feel like I have spiders crawling all over me!

Stupid teeny spiders!

My uncle's feed store in Graham gets his chicks from this place: http://www.privetthatchery.com/home/default.aspx I really have liked all the chicks, adults now this month, I got from him. Specially my Silver Lace, they look pretty good quality. When I shopped else where for my Golden Lace I was very disappointed, no body just color. I got rid of that one. This silver lace has color & body. Her sister isn't as nice, I don't like her big crown, she's a little smaller in body, carries her tail more up over her back when on allert but her egg is so nice (thick round smooth shell, almost never any poo stuck to it) & lacing is pretty good. Here's pictures of just my 2 silver lace. The big crown one is available if anyone would like her, $20. She will stay here till someone is interested. She's never been broody.

Big Crown Girl - for sale to right home. Last of ten chicks to feather out & had more white then the rest.

I wonder if Daffy, Booger, Blackie & Spot can teach these newbies how to quack!! Wouldn't that just make CR and his DW go nuts!!

Chickens that quack! Now that is something funny right there!!

I might have to keep them if that happened! I could make millions!

I need to check out the OR swap thread, not that I have anything (except more kittens) to swap at the moment. I may contrive a way for me to get to it, Oregon always being easier to wangle than anywhere else (DH goes down and does radio with ancient old college friends).
