I will be sending a letter! WHat address did you send it to? Is there an address that gets in touch with someone higher up in the system?

Sending prayers to your friend.

I went to the USPS web site and entered it as a compliant.

Huh, I went there too and couldn't find a place to enter a complaint. I will look again. Maybe I just didn't look in the right place.

His courting dance in the second pic is effective; the ladies (including an EE daughter of the late RSL roo, a nice peach-pink pullet) were lining up to be entertained.

ya thats close enough for you to feel it right?

It's north of the Seattle Fault and east of the subduction zone, and the shake map shows weak shaking as far away as False Creek, so some people as far away as Forks, North Seattle, et'c should feel it. WS-DOT is sending engineers to check the Alaska Way Viaduct, which basically straddles the Seattle Fault.

Well, my blueberries are almost all gone, and this time I can't blame the bear. I was looking for my hens, and there they were, all 30, gobbling up my blueberries, and most of them were not even ripe yet! 30 bushes, enough for each to have their own, but they worked in groups of 4-6. Some jumped up to get the berries while others climbed the bushes!

Didn't feel the earthquake - I was out planting broccoli.
