When she's done and moves into her new house, she will either have a cute guest cottage or the nicest chicken coop on BYC from the place she is living in now. Or maybe a hobby studio, a big garden shed or extra storage for all those wonderful foods she's canning, or maybe a place for her DH to sleep if he snores too loud... endless possiblities!

If anyone can get them from the fair to near me, I'll put them under our broody...

They'll be about 2.5 weeks old when the fair is over- might be a bit old to graft them on another hen but maybe not. Depends on the hen.

Not at all trying to minumize what you are doing (and it looks great) but I would trade. I am trying to lift and level a house that should be demo. It is all rotted etc but hey it is what the man wants and he is paying me to do it.

See if I were closer I would jump right in the middle of this and whoever is aparrently refusing to do what they are supposedly required would not be very happy by the time I had them sent kickin rocks. And then I would continue to go up that ladder. This is why they can set on thier hands and draw nice wages. WE THE PEOPLE need to take control back.

Yes, but would YOU want to then put your live bird in the hands of the worker you'd ticked off? I'd be afraid he'd drop kick the box! I've had one bird sent to me arrive dead and another with a dislocated hip. If these postal workers will use guns on people, what will they do to a box of birds?

See I have a little different outlook rather than fear what they may do I like to make them wonder how far I may go. They may know postal but I know CRAZY.
