I don't know if that would work. He's talking about leaving Rochester at maybe 8:00, which would put him here at 9:30 if he's lucky. Are you picking up at 8:00? (ie there at 8:00 vs leaving at 8:00)

Alaska Way is closed, so I-5 is going to be HAMMERED probably from White Center north. Unless everybody's afraid of traffic and stays home, who knows? But it usually takes us an hour and a half from Lacey to 65th NE, an hour is a fading memory and you're what, a half hour from there and he's a half-hour south of us? So 10:00 is probably the earliest he could get there, 10:30 more likely, and 11 wouldn't be late. Especially pulling a trailor with a light-weight object on it.

Well...Ron said we should have a minimum of four people, and right now, the only definites are him and me. I have one friend who offered but she may not be able to come if the time clashes with her daughter's music class. My husband might or might be here (because of our son's class). If I can't find enough people, the coop is going to sit in my front yard until I do.

I am not sure about if I can manage a job anymore. I have nerve damage in my feet, and I use narcotics for the rest of the pain. I have Fibromyalgia that has progressed over the years. I keep trying other things, but have yet to find anything better than what I am doing. I have also tried somethings that have made things worse. So while I need to get a job, I am just not certain that I can do a great job of a job. I did spot a couple of jobs that might work out though. So I think I will try, it won't hurt, or make things any worse.

I sent you a PM.

Now will the construction mentioned above further impact the time it will arrive at your place? You live North of Seattle so that isn't far from Everett, right?

The right thing will pop up when you need it and when you are ready. Life has a funny way of working out. I'm sorry to hear about the pain. And no, it won't hurt. Good luck!

And with that, I'm going to bed now. I'm tired! Ari, call me tomorrow morning if you need me. My number is in the PM I sent. Sleep well everyone!

Not too bad, relatively speaking (compared with the locations of many other members here).

I'm in Lake Forest Park, not far north of Seattle.

I heard about the viaduct closing but wasn't sure on the day. Does it start tomorrow? I was out driving today and traffic wasn't any different than usual. But yes, it could have a big impact on his travel time.

I have been working on the idea, that when I am supposed to do the next thing that it will just be there when I need it to be.

I have been waiting for the next thing to come by since January of 2004. I'm thinking that I am at the very least patient.

So I am thinking that maybe I need to put a little more effort into this search.
