OK I have been gone all day since my last post.
I went out with bucket & cat pan scoop & cleaned all the poop trays in all 3 main coops (7 individual coops)
All was well, and I let the Icelandics, Cuckoos, Turkeys & Rocks out to play..and they were being very good amongst themselves..the bigger, older 2 Cuckoo Cocks are great for keeping everyone in order.
Then I walked across a doormat, a rug, which was slippery, and my lower left leg shot out sideways, and down on the knee I went, my lower leg out sideways on the ground!!!!!!!!!!!
Boy did it look weird, then I fell off the other knee, and then the pain hit...OMG I laid there in the mud for 45 minutes almost screaming...DH ran to get the knee immobilzer , we been through this before.
So needless to say, I cannot take drugs, NO NSA~~ anti imflammatories due to Celiac Disease,no aspiran product due to the immflammation & broken vessels, blood pockets could be seen within 5 minutes.

My knee was your basic grapefruit within 5 minutes, and a cantalope within 20 minutes.
Then I got an ice pack..went to the ER as my family doc went & closed his office at 2 PM today.............I wanna say the staff at Willap harbor Hospital is so awesome!
The nurses are so caring (Would you care for a cup of coffee?
Here is a TV if you want to watch, how are you feeling?)

The entire staff is awesome!!!!!!!!
I WILL send them all a gift!!!
So...DH is doing as good as he can to get all the birds in before dark, and some are mixed up.
I have a pip tomorrow & a pip on Friday, and my gQf should be able to handle it (love that machine)
I carried my phone around except when In radiology expecting a call form Toni....
And I am still planning on hauling my busted butt to Lacey tomorrow!!!
But for now, as Blue Duckling has said afore.....I have some wine, never drink it, but musta been saving it for this wonderful occasion.

Darn it if she didn't go home without making dinner AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
Dang this hurts...I bet I get NO sleep tonight!!
