There was an article in Mother Earth (or was it Hobby Farms?) about building a warming hut for baby goats & lambs.
It involved a 55 gallon drum, or even a 25 gallon one...hang a heat lamp inside, and cut a hole only the baby can get in.
I will see if I can find that link~~

There was an article in Mother Earth (or was it Hobby Farms?) about building a warming hut for baby goats & lambs.
It involved a 55 gallon drum, or even a 25 gallon one...hang a heat lamp inside, and cut a hole only the baby can get in.

Well, on the Mother Earth News web site, you can access any of the past articles by simply entering it in the search~~
Not so with Hobby Farms...BUTTTTTTTTT
I do have the magazine...so I can look it up, scan it & send it to you.
Just be a few momentoes...

There is another 15 under the kitchen, dust bathing.

Also this lovely Ter-ranch-chew-la was discovered at 2 AM stuck in the shower.............YOWSERS!!!!!!!!

I got a gladware container on top of it & DH removed the beast this morning....
