I did graduate finally from UW ... therefore officially a Husky

but also went to Oregon State (OSU), which has a similar bitter rivalry with the U of O (Beavers vs Ducks), only in that case they are all of 40 miles apart ....

meanwhile cousin Patti and her kids all went/are going to WSU .... and cousins Lydia and Nancy went to U of O (as did my dad)

He use to be on 630 AM at around 3:30 each day then a few months back I turned it on and no Dave.

This is economy going to take mininum 6 years to even begin to clear out the forclosures sitting there right now and the ones to come in next few years.

We refied because we needed to reduce our payment so no extra to add right now. If I get a job I will definitely go back to the 15 year. Even though you can add extra payments to a 30 year the 15 year has a lower interest rate. Plus I have a weakness that if even though I have extra to add I tend to not do it convincing myself I will need it for something else! A 15 year will force me to.
