The poultry auction at the Enumclaw Sales Pavilion is every Saturday at 11:00 am SHARP! It last however long it takes to get rid of everything. My daughter and I will be there this weekend (mainly for the excellent food cuz I already have my babies!). They are doing their horse and tack auction on Sunday. They only do that once a month.

oh oh--I didn't know the Enumclaw auction was EVERY Saturday--I had it in my head it was only once a month.. I musta read the horse thing and combined it for the WHOLE auction. Cool.. are you getting plants there.. Heeeey... I could take raspberry, etc starts there couldn't I??? hmmmm... Did Monica tell you she is taking my roo's?? I was ECSTATIC that they are going to a great home..what a relief-- for my poor neighbors too, listening to 2 call duck hens and FIVE roosters... haha...

Jen- I'm not sure what all they take for the plant auction. But I do know that they hold that every Saturday at 1:00.

It is alot of fun. They have a live band that plays and the atmosphere is great! My Kayla is overly excited for the horse auction Sunday. (WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY HORSES!!!!!!) '

No, I'm a yank through and through!

I would worry about DH's drawl coming back though, I finally trained it (mostly) out of him. And the kids.. oh man..
The Per Diem would have been nice though

ETA: No call from the PO yet, looking like tomorrow

I wouldn't worry if it was just chicks, but I'm seriously freaking out about the poults.

T Hi
I have a friend who drives for Kent she said to come over there and drive you get more money than we do. But I thought awhile and said No becasue of the kids and what goes on in the city. Oh plus the drive, but hay you go farther than I would.

So I have two bandy Welsummers ( but I dont think they are bantys) that need to go, Id like to get 10 for the two and I think there is a roo and a hen. Any one want them? They are not quality!

Hello ReiMiraa, I live near Yakima. Is there an auction someplace near us?? How do you find out about auctions? I'm pretty new to there forums, and to chickens. Thanks.

i do not know of any in the area.... i live near leavenworth.... for a rural area like us we seem to be short on animal auctions and shows unless in 4h...

No calls

However, instead of setting EE eggs this weekend after the quail hatch like I had planned, I will now be setting... Turkey EGGSSSSSS

This time I have her locked in the coop so she can't wander off.

Nyrial - My son-in-law got a call from the Everett postoffice about 2:30 today saying that the chicks he ordered were in. He laughed and said he hadn't ordered any chicks, but his mother-in-law would probably be glad to pick them up (want to get in on the action Chicken Rustler?) Anyway - don't know if it was your delivery or not, but the postal lady decided she had mis-dialed. Were these yours???? Hoping it was yours and they are home safe and sound!
