[Chicken Rustler]

Based on some recent events I have been advised to "back away" from BYC. I know that I have several very good friends here on BYC. Since I have been here I have met a lot of nice people. I figure that if I was really that bad I would not have the friends I do on here. Those who TRULY know me know that I will stand for what I believe in and I don't give up easy. And so I have made the decision to NOT back away. I will stay right here. I have decided instead to do something that I never wanted to do. I am going to test the "BLOCK MEMBER" button. So in case you post to me or try to comment and I don't acknowledge. You can rest assured it is simply because I don't feel that we are compatible enough to spend my time interacting with you.

WTH? Well, I've been mostly staying away since someone wrote me that hate email this spring....not a good time in my life to try and ruin it for me...I'm still around...lurking mostly....but do check in when I can. I'm thinning my flock (not because of that rude person) but because I don't have the time anymore to devote to 100+ chickens. I hope you continue to hang around. I've met you several times and I know you're a great, honest person.

It is sad the day anyone of us has to use the block member button. I like reading your advise and comments.

I've had a similar incident on the forums where a "detractor" has posted under an assumed name and slandered me. The moderators shut down the offending post, but there are always "guests" who lurk and then print out what is posted here on BYC, then print out screen shots and say "see".

As I understand, this entire forum is copyrighted by BYC and to use what is posted requires written permission. I could be wrong, but I think that my comments become property of BYC when I post. As such, any comment or posted photograph is protected. And can not be used against you without written permission of the BYC web site owner.

I would like to hear from a moderator on the subject.

Whatever it is, CR does NOT go away...CR is part of the WA thread family, and has been a very important member in all aspects, including get togethers, and pot lucks.
