Hallerlake and everyone who knew Fabio....
I have photos of Terror (Fabio) and his girls. He has gotten so big! and his voice is getting stronger every day... Going to have to move him into the new coop soon so he can have muffled crows before 9am.

*He still scares my goats silly! hence the name Terror

Take very special care Anna, dog usually dig.
Cats and coons go over.
Sharpen every point and gore them out...especially on wooden posts that cats and racoons will want to claw into and climb on to get over...dogs can "walk" over a 5 foot fence...but they typically have to flatten it down with their body weight.
Kick butt girlfriend!!!
Call upon Greg Richardson for more details about his fence.
LOVE~

We live in the Spokane area and have three chickens, an auracana(probably an americauna or EE i assume), a RIR, and a leghorn. They are around 13weeks old and were supposed to be all hens. Turns out the auracana is a roo. He is pretty, sweet to his ladies, and chases off offending cats, but he has a pretty good crow and the neighbors have started to complain. If anyone in the Spokane area needs a pretty rooster we are trying to find him a new home.

Thank you. I am exhausted - emotionally. We are not going to do a necropsy as it will cost $150.00. No one else (flock) is even the littlest bit ill. DD cried when she got home from school and saw the the hen was gone from the frontroom. She knew why. We are thinking the hen got hurt, stung, or something some-how stressed her. She didn't eat for 3 days, got too weak and too stressed. I just didn't start soon enough. I will do better next time. I have learned the hard way.

On an upbeat note, my other young girls have started to lay and I got 4 eggs today. I officially now have pets with perks. Good girls!!!
