I was a little bumed. They were so darling, I hope someone got them who will care for them good.

What breed of chicks are you looking for? Or just anything?

we will hopefully have some babys in 3-4 days!!! And then I will be filling the gopher-bator again, we are probably going to sell some of the babes, if you dont mind "mutt chicks"
all with a buff cochin daddy

Well, if anybody is interested in some young silkie, frizzle, cochin crosses, let me know! They are mostly black.

I also have some ducks for sale! I was told they are Crested Blue Swedish. I have had Blue, black, white and even a few browns? I don't know anything about the breed, any idea what can I call them?

I also have a few polish roosters in various colors!

I told the Hubby I would put some in the freezer, but I would really rather NOT!!
I have been trying to get them to the auction, but our weekends have been busy. Now hunting season starts next weekend, I don't think we will be going anywhere other than the woods, until some time in Dec!

Today I ordered chicks from a hatchery. I never realized how easy it was. Now I'm in real trouble. As if having over 70 chickens, ducks and turkeys wasn't enough. Am I addicted? Just kidding!

I can't wait until my new chickies get here.

I have two Ameraucana Blue pullets out of Lisa Crees lines asking 20 a piece. Can meet part way (Maple Valley, Northbend.) They are really nice

Anyone have a pygmy they are looking to rehome for a reasonable fee? Would prefer it to be young. We have a lonely 7 month old wether that needs a buddy. We live 5 minutes from Highway 18 in Maple Valley, if your close by. Just thought that I would put that out there. I'm having no luck on Craigslist.

You might try: Puget Sound Goat Rescue

Friends have had good success with getting goats from them.

We got our 2 from the Enumclaw Sales Pavilion's weekly livestock auction.

I just told my husband we might have to end up going there. We'll probably end up coming home with more than what we went there for though. I've been checking the rescue websites all of the time. I was going the see if they would trade hay for a goat instead of taking money, because we sell hay. So it would be a win win situation. I'm not trying to be picky about wanting a pygmy its just that my 2 year old is able to handle the one that we have now because of his size.
