What kind? I'm looking for some more Polish and Silkies.

I just have one pair of brahmas (standard lights), one pair of porcelain d'uccles, one extra porcelain roo and two black sumatra roos.

Hey there, do you have pictures of your birds you want to get rid of? I may be interested...how old are they?

Yes, I have pictures of almost all of them. All were hatched last May through September...

Just moved out to the county north of Bellingham, last fall. We bought five acres with some outbuildings, including a coop and pen. I'm in the process of remodeling the pen, slightly, while the chicks are in the garage.

I've learned a lot already in the short time I've been a part of this forum. And, I'm looking forward to chatting some more.

Iam from Vancouver, Wash. Right next to Portland Oregon. I have 7 chickens. 1 Golden Wyanadotte, 1 White brown mix, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 1 Golden comet, 1 Ameraucanas, 1 Australop.
This is my first. We got 4 chickens in june. And in November we added 3 more. I am thinking about getting a couple more.
We are having fun with them.

Seriously, you came a long ways for the show and I think I probably could speak for everyone and say that we sure appreciated it. Of course you know I did!

I do apologize for not getting to spend more time chattin' with ya. I've never been inundated like that before with everyone wanting my birds all at the same time. I know I'm gonna regret selling some of those.

One of my Welsummer pullets took Best Continental and made it to Champion Row so I couldn’t be happier. Actually, the Welsummers were really drawing the attention for some reason this year. I sold almost all the birds I took. (I hadn’t planned to sell any of them but a couple of folks wanted them for their kids to show in 4-H and one other just wanted one for their daughter. I still haven’t learned how to say no when folks approach me with their kids.) I also have three others coming by the place sometime for some more birds. And my ducks did pretty well too. So all in all in was a great show.

It was nice meeting ya in person. Hope you liked the show and make it a habit.
