I think what you all are doing to help is so wonderful. BUT I think there is one thing missing!! I think it would be great if We could get Michael to come here on BYC.

BTW if anybody needs a med size fridge for egg storage or to store yer faverite cold beverage I have one lookin fer a new home FREE .Works fine but we just got a nicer one given to us.

Michael is a gentleman that posted on ad on craigs list asking for help to feed his chickens. He has lost his job and did not want to lose his flock as well. We have all decided to adopt his flock and purchase feed for them to get them through the winter and try and help out. We have all volunteered to purchase feed on a weekly basis at Reber Farms near Maple Vallyer. Russ/IMP lives down the road from them as well. We are just trying to help someone in need. We have discussing this on the board for about 2-3 days now.

Sorry if I sound like I am out of touch, as I have not been on BYC for over six months.
Sometimes I like to take a break to get all things straightend out.
I would very much like to help Michael.
I live in Snohomish wich is about an hour and forty five minutes away.

WOW Talk about a bunch of on the ball people!!! Eagle ask me a question and since I is yust a wee bit slow, it gets answered by 2 others. Not complaining just sayin ya gotta be quick around here.

Here is the information. You can contact Reber Ranch store and they will help you make the purchase over the phone. We are purchasing 50# sacks about once a week and others are also purchasing oyster shells and scratch for them as well. We are also looking at helping them out with something for Thanksgiving if they need it. Here is Reber Ranch information:

Michelle got him two bags and I think rainplace got him a bag of feed and scratch already. So it would be great if we can spread it out so he doesn't get too many bags at a time. If everyone could post when and how much they got for him we can kind of keep track and not overload him. Is that ok with everyone? I can try to keep track if you PM me then I can post updates every week so that someone can volunteer for the next week.
