How did you pay? If you used pay pal or even a credit card you can some times get your money back. So check into that and then reply back that you never heard from them as your feed back. That is why I stopped using ebay for anything.

KIM
we could try putting her in with my flock and see how she does. I could even loan you my BR or a RIR or even my Leghorn. One egg No shell today and one egg with the rubber shell. so only 1 out of 2 white eggs and 4 out of 5 brown ???????
we could make a swap and see how it go's if you want. but I wouldn't want to keep her if she draws blood on any of my girls. might have to send her down to Chicken rustler mine have a pecking order but NO blood yet.

She is in chicken jail, AGAIN. I will leave her in longer this time. I think last time was 5-6 days though. I will try again and see what happens. I don't mind if she is head hen and makes sure everyone knows it, But I draw the line at drawing blood. I am not sure if she did it this time or not, but I am very suspicious. My Marans butt was picked bloody, and I checked her for bugs and didn't see a thing. She may be doing it herself, who knows. I will wait it out and work with them, but I am tired of being worried of what I am going to come home to every evening. Thanks for the suggestion. I am going to put New Skin on the sore tomorrow morning so that the blood smell is covered. GREAT STUFF!

I'm pretty far away Kim. But if you can't find any other option, or the ones you have don't pan out, I could put her in my coop and see how it goes. I think Pinky would be able to help out with the problem. He doesn't put up with fighting at all. I have heard others say that their BR was being too agressive. Mine is somewhat of a loner, but never picks on anybody. I do have one Black australorp that is top dog, but I have seen Pinky yell at her for pecking at one of the other girls. Of course, if you can find something else, and closer that would be better.

My BR is a loner too. she and one of my leghorns were added to the flock two months later .shes never really fit in. but they don't pick on her like they use to. but she does roost by herself most of the time

Bring her on !!! I have a ZERO tolerence rule. It starts with the education of "you think yer tough let me show ya what tough is" if that fails there are 2 other options one is a little better than the other but both result in not being on my farm any more. There is rumor that I have even been known to flank and throw a mini horse that needed an attitude adjustment.

From the sounds of it my 2 BR's must be strange. They are # 1 & 2 in the pecking order. Not mean to the others but they are the bosses. My birds are all pretty mellow except when I try to take eggs from under them, now that's a whole different story. Thank goodness for my Carhartt coat.

If you paid through paypal they should protect your purchase...Also let us know who the seller was so that we make sure we avoid them in the future. Paypal and ebay can track whether they responded to you through ebay ot not, just be sure and hurry and file the claim against them quickly to ensure your protection. I am sorry you had a problem, sometimes people are good and others are not....Let us know how it ends up.

I appreciate the heads up on who to avoid on E-Bay. I have bought and only had one chick hatch. At least I know that the person that sent me eggs was able to pack their eggs well enough to get them to me intact. I would have been more than a little irritated if the eggs had arrived to me broken. I know that poop can happen at the post office, but still one can usually tell the difference between rough handling by the PO, and poor packing buy a seller.
