Working Girls Farm will show how chickens can be raised and processed cleanly and safely for meat. Experts will demonstrate slaughtering and plucking techniques.
The Raven and the Spade, a certified-organic farm with a formal potager garden, also features a magical chicken tower.
Tickets, which cost $10 per person or carpool, include tour maps.
