The Polish are whites, and oh my god!!! How cute are their pointy little crests!

And the frizzles are buff with some black around the wings.

They are so awesome, what a turn around of luck you had !!!
They are adorable, one question, what kind of frizzles ?
Frizzzled Orps or frizzled Aracaunas, or ?
I am under the assumption that you can have any breed frizzled.
Frizzled is just the type of feathers, right ?
So did the sales lady know what kind of frizzles ?
They are so cool !

I've never met you and probably won't make it to the garage sale but I wanted to ask if your DD does TKD? I ask because my whole family does and DH and one DD tested last night in Edmonds. I was just curious if we're in the same organization. Have fun at the garage sale!

Yes! That's where we were as well! My DH and DD belong to Duvall TKD, but they test with Mr. & Mrs. Bailey....is that where you were?​

I'm glad to finally have some good luck, this past week has been brutal.

So the frizzles look slightly maby possibly crested? Their feet are borderline dark gray, the skin and beek look almost black. And they are feather legged! Could I have stumbled upon frizzled cochins? I dont think one of the 4 frizzles is a frizzle though. She doesnt look like the others, has yellow feet, not so many crazy feathers iether. lol

And if I guess the Polishe's sex by their attitudes, well I would guess that I have a pair. I'm 95% sure that the bigger Polish is a cockerel. His stance and attitude gives him away.

I'll get better pictures of them tomorrow after Ive charged my camera battery.

Cheryl, doesn't some types of aracauna have the dark 'ears'...I cannot remember, but seems I remember some breed of chicken has those dark ear spots...I will search.
I see that one friz is lighter, yellow beek, lighter colored head...what fun to see what developes !

Glad you found some good stuff and sorry I missed you! All in all, we did ok with the sale, I think the weather hampered a lot of people from getting out and about today. But we saved the best stuff and are talking about having another one in the fall.​

Sold 4 10-wk chicks this morning to one of our own BYCers, Alice. I forget her screen name now

Very nice lady and these are her first girls. 2 EEs, a speckled sussex and a welsummer. After that, I moved 6 of my own into the big girls' coop. With 10 less chicks in that coop, I should go through a lot less food and water each day in there. It'll just be more even between the two coops.
