There was an article in today's PI that the city wants to increase the number of birds allowed on a standard lot to eight. The city also wants to ban roosters entirely. Read the article, and click the feedback link. Tell the city what you think. Personally, I'm for increasing the number of birds, and against banning roosters. Nuisance roosters are covered under the noise ordinances. Why should roosters who are not a nuisance be banned?

I lost my BLRW Roo on Sunday, he was sick and injured when I got him and after 2 months of trying to fix his injury and medicate him, I should also mention totally falling in love with him and feeding him through a syringe as well as my husband falling in love with him we are very sad

and to top it all off we lost another one today and another one is sick and will probably not make it through the night

It was absolutely beautiful, got alot of 12"-16" rainbows, and it was COLD !!!
I thought it had been cold here but it is really really cold up your way and kids are still swimming and playing in 45 degree water with a 40 mph wind blowing...I was shivering.........

The kids had field day at the school yesterday too and I helped with that. It was a lot colder than it had been the previous couple days! I wore capris and a t-shirt. I wished I'd have worn jeans and a sweatshirt! The sun did come out a few times, though

Ron I have NO INTENTIONS of rolling it (actually fears due to a past roll over).

And now I can't remember who ask these but.

We use to go to Sandlake OR. We are now going to Winchester Bay OR, the tallest steepest dunes on the OR coast. We are making the maiden voyage with the rail the week after the 4th of July. I will also be taking my Banshee amd there are a few other ATV's in the group of about 20 rails.

I built it all from scratch no kit. I had to design it so the wife can get in and out easy. There is no pattern or measurements to go from just did it all in my head as I went.

That is how I build my coops but that is totally different then what you did.

I give up! Shipped eggs absolutely suck! ok at least the ones that are in my bator.......every single one has a detached air cell!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I am so mad at myself right now. I should have just went with my instinct but I didn't!

Well thats it!! Another dead chicken this morning!!

thats three chickens three days in a row now, I will be burning that coop now at least I never introduced them to my original flock so they are fine, so far, unless whatever sickness these ones had can walk to my other coop and infect my girls in there. I feel so sad and mad all at once!! What a horrible experience this has been!! I wish I could tell you all who this person is so that this doesn't happen to any of you but I don't feel like I can
