I think this will be hard to find as most breeders are still working the breed to get there.

I do have a FBCM/Golden Cuckoo Maran cross cockeral that I need to rehome. I ordered eggs from a breeder working on exactly this, and part of his project was crossing the Black feather legged maran's to the Golden Cuckoo's to introduce the feathered leg. My cockeral does not have the feathered legs, but he carries the gene for it. Let me know if you are interested. He's about 4 months old. I can try and get a picture of him if you like.​

Rob That is just awful about the feed mill. They had really great feed there. I wished I had gotten myself down that way to get some of it. I guess that maybe I never will now. Do you know if they are planning on rebuilding? I know that it is still early and they are sill in shock, but I would love to know when they finally make the decision.

Anyone looking for a RIR rooster... I had an oopps from the feed store this Spring..he is getting too loud for my neighbors. I think he is cool but I guess they don't.. LOL
He is about 5 months old, very handsome and quite the ladies man...oh and did I mention.... LOUD!!!

This guy needs a new home, he is too beautiful to cull and would hate to see it come to that. I have an add on Craigslist but no answers yet. I am in Gig Harbor/Fox Island area..FREE FREE FREE

We're in a similar situation - an unexpected Rhodie cockerel. So far, he's been very quiet and polite, so he can stay. Once he gets loud or gets into it with our other rooster, we'll have problems, though.
