I LOVE Analusians!

My favorite Stud was a 16.3hh Dapple gray Andalusian named Thor. What an incredible well mannered boy he was, even with mares in season stalled right next to him.

The bottom photo looks like a Lipizaner .... I have seen those in a show.

Lippizaners aren't the only breed that do Airs Above the Ground.

I didn't realize this. I have been around horses all my life....but my experience is all "cowboy" stuff. Appaloosas, Quarter horses, the occasional Arabian and Morgan. The last photo almost looks like a Welsh pony. There is a person here who has this horse (can't think of the name), it is an ancient breed. Short, stalky, dark mane and tail. They are almost a palomino or buckskin color with a dark line.

Close! He is an 8 year old Welsh Mountain pony. Name is Teagan, Welsh for little poet. This is my little girls pony. lol Love the little freak to death, he has a long story behind him. I just wish he was 4 hands taller, he stands at just above 11hh, but is built like a brick "bleep" house, carries adult riders under 180lbs with no problem. He's my rolly polly pony, and gets fat off air and water.

Okay, looking at my girls this morning....there is one that is up on an outside roost and is acting like she is sleeping. Nothing respiratory. Nothing that looks like diarrhea. She has her head tucked under a wing and looks like she is sleeping, but everyone else is on the ground eating treats I left last night for them. What is going on here? This really bothers me? DH is not wanting to pay a vet. Not sure that local vets know much about birds. We could go and get an antibiotic. Please help. ..... unsure what is going on.

I guessed right. I commented just before you put in the answer. We had a big Welsh pony as a kid.

Okay, She is up and out of the run with everyone else, moving and running around. But you can tell something is wrong...she keeps shutting her eyes...she definitely does not feel good. I don't care what DH is saying, we are off to the vet to see what is going on. Could this be from dust in their house? I added DE into their pine shavings. Everyone else looks fine.

Please help.
