Phil is a nice guy. He comes to the shows in MT all the time. He had some of those dinosaur birds in Hamilton last spring and don't remember if he had them this fall ......

Stay off the phone landlines, get your critters in and shut off your computer to avoid power surges, TVs too...if it is too close, unplug them.
Aren't you glad you do not get lightening too often ?
We have had it alot here !

Are you saying that Washington does not get a lot of lightning.

I know, the horses are dumber that the chickens. They have not been in their shelters so far this fall except when I occasionally feed them in there. They want to be out in the weather for some reason. At least they have water proof blankets.

Oh yeah deffinately need waterproof blankets around here! We have multiple back up blankets. My new baby Prada is doing great! She is settleing in just fine. I find it hilarious that the chickens are smarter than the horses!

Stupid ponies. lol If the weather clears up, "and thats a MAJOR IF!" I plan on letting the girls out of their pen.

My little girl "DD" passed out with her head on my lap, and I just noticed. She has had a LONG morning, she has never heard thunder before. Poor little dear was afraid, and wound up in my bed at 6:45. Oh hay lightbulb just came on! It was more than likely Chloe that woke me up this AM. lol

Wait, I thought you just got rid of a couple horses because you didn't have the money to feed them? Not judging,.. must have the wrong person.

Phil's a nice guy, but I think he's focusing on waterfowl now. Not sure what kind of chickens he still has. He's a wonderful person. It's not the monastery, the only person I've ever seen at the shows is Brother Phil.

Phil is very very nice,.. but I don't know if he makes any WA shows. Super cool guy. if he has this breed he would be a great source.

I am here what not for long.
Windows are always nice. I don't know about the tint, it should keep it cooler. Are the summer time temps cool enough so you will not need to open them? If you will be opening the widows in the summer heat do you really need the tint?
