Yes I have spent the last 4 days e-mail talking with my kids who hate each other and backstab and rat out and whine about everything and then when a suggestion is made they rip into me...I guess after a while it has worn me down and I don't need the negativity at all right now..that and the dang well driller...super tired of negativity and debate.
I am gonna try to get chores done and rest with herb tea,, I feel chest congested like a pnuemonia coming o, hot, headachey, no energy..have the gate open and must stay up to sell eggs though, customers have not been here since X-mas ever...I think they all went away for the holidays.
Hope everyone is OK...But yes CR the negativity can where you down and sorry if I snapped at anyone. And my wheelbarrow has a flat tire !!!

OH no that is what usually happens to me. But even DH gone and I am having a hard time cuz I guess I am having a flu or something. Had visitors come to buy birds a few days ago and lots of kids...and just wonder if that isn't where 'it' came from.
Ogress how is DD ?
Did she get a flu ??
And since I am feeling so awful, I am going to lay low.

Sorry your feeling cruddy. If it makes you feel any better. lol I'm still feeling cruddy myself. My DH had co-workers over last night, "didn't warn me about it." So midnight rolls around, and a car full of people show up and walk through my door...

HELLO!!!! A little warning would have been nice...

Chloe didn't go to bed until well after 2 AM, thats when I pushed people out the door, and up above the garage... GET OUT!!! This is MY space!!! And to top it off... One of the guys made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. At least not comfortable leaving him alone in ANY room, or with my DD... Sometimes I wonder if I am overly cautious and protective of my family and home...? But the guy was shady... Shifty eyes, that never stilled for a second, the kinda person that makes your skin crawl, or if you pass them on the street, you go out of your way to walk WAY around them...

Oh and then my DH decided to snuggle up to me in bed, and he was FREEZING!!!

Woke me out of a dead sleep, even though I told him to NOT wake me up... What a booger he can be.

Same thing happens to me. I get a big sigh then 30 seconds later he's back asleep snoring. I put up with it for about 15 minutes last night then went back out to the couch. Part of his problem is he can't sleep on his side because it's too painful. He needs shoulder replacement surgury and he always snores when on his back. Not sleep apnea. Just plain old snoring. I'm fine if I go to bed and fall asleep first but he gets up earlier to go to work so usually goes to bed before me.

Co workers at midnight would really tick me off! If they got started earlier and stayed that late no biggy but just getting there at midnight? No way. Is that what time their shift ends or something?

Sometimes things dont ever seem to be quite right. I'm sorry your kids are at war. My older siblings are always fighting, usually I am the peace keeper. But my sis in law decided to target me and my family over this past summer, so I told them "I will not sit here and listen to lies being told about me. That I wish her and my brother the best, that I love them, but that I am also done with my sister in laws drama. Drama is SO over rated, and I am done with it all. The way I see it, is when THEY are ready to grow up a bit more, then they can come to me, and we can be a big disfunctional family again. I miss my niece and nephew, but even they are not worth all the drama and stress that their mother causes. It sucks to say that and know it is true. But short end of the stick is, I am threw being the peace keeper for my family. My poor enlarged heart can't take all the stress and anxiety.

So I may not understand your exact situation, but I do know what family drama can do to someone.

Worry about yourself, take care of yourself, and love your kids indevidually, and unconditionally. No matter what their differences are.

Cheryl if the creepy guy made your skin crawl it was probably your 'sixth sense' that was trying to tell you something, and probably for good reason. Who were there people that came over with this creepy guy unannounced ?
And I would have set them free before 8 PM.
I am so cold...it is weird...maybe getting something, I feel awful.
Hey, I decided not to candle before lockdown, usually I do on day 15 or 16 and then toss clears and lockdown the rest, but it has occured to me that maybe candling this late may cause shrink wrap maybe ?
What do you guys think ?

So sorry you are feeling icky. Hope you feel better soon and don't get pneumonia. I just got a head cold a few days before Christmas but over it now. Only felt bad for 2 days. Hadn't been around people much but maybe got it from the handle on the shopping cart as I did go to the grocery and remember feeling sticky on it. Thought some kid was eating candy. Dang snotty nosed kids! Need to remember to wipe that down with the wipes provided.

Yeah the resteraunt closes at 11PM, so they dont actually get done until 11:30 or so. I wouldnt have minded if it would have just been the two people that i know well. But the third person creeped me out. I did get to laugh at him though. He tried giving me a sales pitch about doing work here on my property for me. I laughed and said, sorry dude, but people pay me to do the same thing!

Oh I can't wait until spring, and out first work party of the year!!!

I like hosting work parties! I provide food, drink, work, and good times. friends and family provide help. lol It works well as long as schedules meet up corectly.
