How is everyone in the north doing for feed?
My feed is lasting longer then before (less waste) and the critters all love it .. so I'm not in need of feed for a few more weeks.
But I will be taking orders and getting things set up.

PM me if you would like to join in the feed order delivery to north Seattle from patriot farms.
AND let me know what you thought of the feed! (Scott asked but I could not answer except with my experience)

Does anyone in or around Kitsap/Jefferson counties have Silkie hatching eggs available? I've done some shipped eggs, but they, of course, don't do too well. Hoping to get some handed off instead of shipped.

Morning Washingtonians and :Welcome new people!

Still frozen and dry and lots of work to do, but a few pain killers and a bit more herbs than normal to take for the morning/evening, and I feel lots better today!

If any new chicken owners are interested in colored egg layers, I offer both hatching eggs and chicks, and do meet up at closer cities. I have Ameraucanas, Araucanas (blue eggs) Easter Eggers (green eggs) French Marans (dark brown eggs) and even white and light brown egg layers! (project Tolbunt colored Polish and assorted mutts)

Hatching eggs won't be til mid-late February, chicks will be a month after I get a full order.
