Must you rub it in ?

I am from Chicago and all our teams have taught me to have faith in losers....so when I moved here, of course I loved the SeaHawks!
I watched all season and hoped and cheered for them...but I'd never thought they'd make it this far.
So today was bittersweet for me.
I would have been happy either way. But I am glad the Bears won...but I am not glad the Packers won....now we have to face them and the Bears always choke against the Packers.

Crud, I still LOVE the San Francisco 49ers !!!!!!!!! I LOVE Jerry Rice and Joe Montana (Young was ok....)

Teresa this house is a stone's throw from me...and was up for sale apparently unbeknowst to us , for a long time amd was sale pending as of last week.
Cheryl has tried to get a message to the realtor I have never heard of...but no results.
So, we do not know if it is sold, pending, or for sale...
Cheryl has the MLS I think...

send me the MLS#....if it is on the NorthWest Multiple Listing Service....I can see what I can find out. And actually, even if it is not on NWMLS...I might find it on the JLS. Send me the address too, if you have it.

The MLS # is 155763 Address is 23 Elk creek rd. Raymond Wa.

If the original agent was hired on, we would definately find someone else. But this listing is one that we stumbled upon when we were doing a general online search. I tried contacting the agent a bit over a week ago, and still heard nothing back. SO I contacted the other agent that was listed, and she got back to me within 15 minutes. But she was only able to tell me that the status is pending, and that she will look into it.

Thank you for the warning on the double offers... lol There is NO way my husband and I could afford two houses. lol

Did anyone here look up, research or google any info about the "Chinook Wind" that the native people in Idaho told me happeneed every January 16th ?
These were Nez Pierce....but I have watched for 12 years now, and even in California, the warm "Chinook Wind" shows up right around January 16th.
They know...and so far all the UN native people are so surprised when the Chinook Wind shows up.
It will happen every year. Mark your calenders.
I wonder if maybe I did not hear the old Indian correctly when he told me of the "Chinook Wind" maybe he said something and I just thought it was "Chinook"
He also told me I needed an Elk antler carving of a feather...and so I bought it for $15..........

I love the Nez Pierce Pow Wows, I Love their music, drumming and outfits and dancing...and the stories the old ones tell are something we all need to listen to.
They have been here much longer than we have.

Sounds like the second person you talked with (the one who called you right back) is hungry and will work hard for you....Here is hoping they can help you. It is pending. It is owned by Wells Fargo - meaning it is a foreclosure. This may be why it is taking so long to close, because foreclosures can take extra time, I do not know if Wells Fargo will take up Back up offers - but ask if you are interested in possibly doing something like that. It is only listed for $99,900. It is being sold as is...could be pretty rough. Even though it is pending your new Realtor should be able to show it to you, so you know what you are interested in. On 1/3/11 it went from pending inspection to pending....meaning they are another step closer to closing. It sounds like the buyers are satisfied with the inspection.

Hope this information helps.

I love that pile too....I always go and check it out at our local Home Depot. I have got some great deals. And, hey, sometimes you pull the "girl" card and it works....even if I am 44 and lumpy in places I shouldn't be and over-wrinkely.

I got "lumpy" totally covered, lol. I almost never succeed in the "girl card" depatartment...for some reason they don't believe I don't know what I'm doing when I walk in knowing exactly what I'm there for! I also have more than my fair share of padding, but I have less than I did in October so I'm happy! Looking a bit "lost" does wonders though, lol. Years ago I had an old pick up that was falling apart (I ended up putting a rod through the engine one day, no one believed me when I said that's what I did...they tore the WHOLE engine apart to find out that I had in deed thrown a rod!)...I found a hose thingy on the engine that disintegrated when I touched it! All I had was the wire coil of it when I went in to the auto parts store and said "I need one of these that doesn't look like this", got handed the part and told I could install it in the parking lot and be on my way. Not one of the 5 or 6 guys there was willing to help! Luckily, I'm a mechanic's daughter and knew what I was doing...playing dumb doesn't work when one og the guys recognizes you, lol!

Anywho, asking this time where I could find "stickers" probably helped, lol. I was there looking for wood stickers (the things they get all that lumber on), I have a friend in Corvallis that works at Home Depot and she said they gove them away for free at her store. In Spokane, they don't...but who can complain when I can get cheap wood from them (good quality) and free wood from the guy in Medical Lake (who emailed me tonight and told me I could have as much as I was willing to haul away)!

Love your comment "hose thingy"....I know for fact that this is a technical official term....cuz I use it all the time

Good for you with the less lumping ..... it is hard work, I know. Good job. Me using the "girl" card doesn't always work....but talking with management and asking how bad to they want to get rid of this pile....sometimes you can save a few more dollars. Tell them...I will take all this for
hu.gif
X-amount of dollars. I am cheap. It never hurts to ask...I have been able to save a few hundred dollars here and there. You can "dicker" at any store....I have done it at Home Depot, I have done it at local shops. I have done it at WalMart....sometimes it works...sometimes it does not. Btw, I am a coupon clipper...love it.

Heh, I have no idea what it was for...2" hose about 6" long in a box, went on the front of the engine...I installed the new one and to this day still have no idea why I needed it! It ran just fine without it...lol. I love my coupons, I spend a good portion of my Sunday mornings pouring over the sale ads looking for the good deals! But, I'm not nearly as bad as those peope on TLC...they have a whole show now about "coupon hoarders" (ir something like that)! I caught the last bit of it before I went to bed last night, this gal had food stacked everywhere in her house! She got something like 200 boxes of pasta and another 200 of those Yakisoba noodle bowl things, she had 9 grocery carts FULL of stuff! They said it took 2 cars to get all the stuff to her house and 6+ hours to ring up the order! She spent about $50 on $1100 worth of groceries though...I bow in shock AND awe!

And...I burnt dinner while posting here earlier, lol. I forgot to go check and stir while it was cooking, burnt the chicken and ham to a dark crisp! Did you know ham steak can turn into bacon? Anywho, made the cheese sauce to go on it anyway, was a bit drier than usual, lol. Now to decide if I want an after dinner workout of ripping a pallet apart or if I'll just sit and watch some TV, lol. I wonder if I can get away with bringing a pallet inside the living room and doing both...
