Good to know! The egg was dated the 19th which is before I moved them to the new coop. I had the chickens free ranging nearly every day, all day whenever the rain was not pouring down around that same time. Some of the times we had both the dogs wandering around the yard together with the chickens, but one day my younger dog decided that it was great fun to bat them out of the air when they try to fly (she nearly caught a Buff Orpington) Maybe that was it.

She's complaining that she has had to pick up hay the past 3 times... UH HELLO!!! I don't have a truck, or other vehicle to hall hay in!!!

So I'm trying to deal with alot of crap being dumped on me all at once,

along with doing my darndest to be a good momma to my little girl. I SO can't wait until the show. I really need a break from home.

Do the bar thing, and try hard to get AWAY from your family.
It is nice to be just far enough away, but not too far from family like that.

I think I am going to uninvite my sister to the show, and iether come along or bring my cousin. It cant be that hard to get to monroe, right? lol ive only been there once, and that was for a gold and mineral show, about 4 years ago...

Anyways, I will do my best to get on here tomorrow. But for now, I'm gonna head to bed early.

Our neighbor just let us know that he found a dead deer right off his back porch. Killed by a cougar and scared off before hit ate too much. Called us to warn our kids who play out back in our woods all the time. Scary!

Maybe I can clear this up, Just Bugged & eenie114 are BYC friends. eenie lives most of the time in Missouri, (I see she changed her location to Seattle?), but visits Enumclaw often, living just a couple blocks from Just Bugged, when she is there. eenie114 is infamous for commiting brownie drive bys. Leaving warm brownies on doorsteps, ringing the bell, and running.
I have volunteered my house for her practice runs.

There are no meanie, miney or mo.

Maybe we should try to set up our potluck for eenies next visit in May? I think I remember Just Bugged (Christina) volunteering for coordinating it? and had a location in enumclaw.

Now JB or eenie can come on and correct me.

Thank you so much for th clearing up of my confusion. I want to be added to the "brownie drive-bys"...wowsie. Wish that happened here. Well, I am trying to get caught up, but the Nyquil I took and the shot of apricot brandy are taking effect. I am about out. Night all. I will have to try and play catch up tomorrow.
