Oh, and by the way. . . I'm selling my blue and black Ameraucana cocks. Yep, my prized boys are going. . .

Was originally going to show "Poseidon," the blue one, but with a change in plans with the family and what we'll be breeding here, the BBS Ameraucanas have been dropped. Both blue and black boys are a month over a year old, in excellent health and quality, and carry genes for some very blue eggs. They're very talkative and sweet, too.

So, letting the Washingtonians thread know, in case someone is looking for a really good quality Ameraucana male. These boys need good homes.

I also have some hens available, too. One very nice black and three blues who are NOT of breeding quality, but only for egg laying, pets, or Easter Egger projects. All a year old, all very sweet.

Hi! I have 12 layers, and one lovely RIR rooster. We have recently forayed into meat birds, picking up 15 cornish rocks at the feed store today. Is there anyone in Western Washington that rents chicken pluckers?

Well Im not sure how long it will take to get to Monroa from Kingston, so I'm gonna say I will probably get there around 11:30 - 12...

If you are taking the Ferrie, it will probably take you about an hour and a half. ( I have family in Kingston)

Oh, and I add Illia's birds are from Cree lines ? (her blue Ameraucana)
I am not sure, I am just sort of looking for other lines to mix in, nothing really important..

there is a fairly large difference between sodium LAURYL sulfate (which can be quite irritating to broken skin) and sodium LAURETH sulfate, which, with cocamidopropyl betaine, is gentle enough to be used in baby shampoo

the Laureth variety shows up in almost all human and animal shampoos

sodium lauryl sulfate is good to degrease with ....

LOL...my 15 yo DS has been telling me this too. (regarding the shed). LOL. My coop right now is a little larger than 8 x 8...I think I could divide that in 1/2 couldn't I? and make 2 spaces for them to roost and nest. I think that the space right now is not being used to its full potential.

That's how my coop started out, an 8 x 8 divided down the middle with two runs. Now it's an 8 x 16 with six runs and a bunch of bantam bins.

I am in so much trouble - ain't I? LOL. What are bantam bins?
