My almost 16 DS can be the biggest ash! But right now I have to be really understanding because his dad told him that as of this last Sunday he wouldn't be able to come stay with him(dad) anymore. What kind of parent says he loves his child so, so much, then walks away from them because he has to pay child support?

I can't even begin to understand. And I am trying to stop trying to understand. It drives me crazy! Along with the fact that my DS is hurt by it. We will get through it, but wow! the teenage years are tough enough!

Are the hens from the eggs you got from me last year?

The eggs are from Blue Copper Marans from Madelyn belle, and the Blue Ameraucanas I got from her too, bred together I got these eggs.
The eggs I got from you hatched well and sold alot of the OE birds out, CR has some right now, and apparently one is broody !
I kept 2 of them and they are laying great olive eggs!!!

Thats good, the only people who get back to me on the eggs is the one's of my Black and Blue Copper Marans.. They are nice and dark they said.. Who knows

We had a rough time but you would never know it now.. Children are wonderful I wish I could have had more.. but hay thats why Im a bus driver now. LOL

Please keep reminding me how wonderful children are and how thank ful I should be. My almost 18 you DS has a real attitude problem and really needs to move out while he still knows everything. DH is of no help. He does not want to get drawn into our "problems". It is heart breaking and I am presently crying my eyes out: 1. Because of DS's attitude and his disrespect and how mean and rude he can be. and 2. How inconsiderate and how selfish and how thoughtless DH can be. I am so upset.

I am sorry...enough about me and my trivial issues...these are nto even problems. There are real people with real problems out there. Sorry, I just needed a minute to whine and feel sorry for myself.

All ages have their rotten times. A good friend of mine had a really colicky baby. She called me up very worried that she was having attachment issues "He screams so much there are times when I'm driving and I really just want to open up the truck door and push him out! Do you think something is wrong with me?" I told her that if she really did it, there would be. That baby graduated from high school 2 years ago. Most of the years inbetween were pretty good, but the closer he got to completing HS, the harder things got. I think it is supposed to be that way; makes it easier to shove them out of the nest. He moved out after HS for 8 months or so, found out he really did not have all the answers, and moved back in with Mom again. Now he treats her with much more respect, and pays a little rent.

Today has been just awesome.

Got my first olive egg today, my Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas are finally laying again, meaning I can start my project, I've got a good handful of layers now after my little production crisis and the numbers are growing, it's been lovely and sunny outside, AND, the squash and melons I planted just this last Sunday are already coming up!! In just 3 days!! They're supposed to take 5-7 days, but I guess they really love the heat we've been offering.

I have the same thing going through my head with this gigantic snow chicken MOT!!!!!!!!!
He is HUGE and white oh so white, and everytime I clean him up, he is back in the mud.
The pullets are completely muddy from him jumping on them even though they all have saddles on....I have quit trying to keep him clean.
he will get a bath tomorrow & put in a bug crate on wood shavings, and hopefully the giant snow chicken does not find yet another way to soil himself all up, or snap a sickle feather..or spur the wire or scrap his rosecomb!!!

I think you need to shrink-wrap them!
