Didn't come home with much... only 43 EGGS!!! What will I ever do with 43 babies! Is this how it happens? A little here, a little there?
Ah well, these are great eggs from great peolpe and I'll have a great time watchin' um hatch. I'll figure out what to do with all of them later! Don't sweat the same stuff, right CR?!

It was nice to get to know ya Rob and Diane, you're great peoples! Just stay away from my chickens!!!

Humidity humidity and I really think hand turning them is important. I have heard that more than once.... otherwise, please keep in touch .. I am also hoping you don't accidentally have any of my araucana eggs in there. lol! if you get a duck that looks remarkably chick like.. welll...

I am 99.9999% sure they are ALL duck eggs though.. *sheepish smile*

that tolulose was huge. your milie's were cute. i would so buy some if you made standard size ones.

Why didn't you come over to us and have pot luck ???

I was so good today. I resisted the incredible urge/ need/ compulsion to buy some chicks or eggs today. And driving home I was being partially regretful and partially proud of myself. Got home and there is my gorgeous little silver/ gray ameracauna bantam sitting on a pile of eggs she found. Happy as a clam. I am sooo sorry I didn't buy some of those eggs sitting on the table now. Ka-chunk!! Sound of my foot kicking myself inna buttocks. Crum!!!

No, there weren't any EEs there except one that a little girl used for showmanship, and it wasn't entered in the show.

Not sure what Kaneke was looking at...maybe the...no, I don't have any idea...

OOOH, maybe the LF silver that was shown by a JR??? Jean won Ch. Ameraucana with a black hen, and Royce won Res. Ch. Ameraucana with a blue wheaten cockerel. My son won BB with a black bantam hen.

No Shamos, Asils or Malays.

I woulda been the girl wandering in circles in a black sweatshirt with neon green ties that that said "TOBY MAC" on the chest... but the TOBYMAC might have been hidden by an unruly mane overly thick, wavy, brown/black long hair. LOL I was using my phone to take pics of the EE things in cages on the floor near the door at one point.



I wish I could have room for 43 babies! I'm going to have a lot on my hands with just 16!!!! I wish I had more chicken room, but alas, I don't! LOL

i wasn't aware of this. but also i bought 17 chicks and so i had time constrains on how long i wanted them sitting in the car. i had 4 more stops after the show before heading back over the mountains.... it was weird to be home so early from coming back from the westside.
