Diane you crack me up!!!!!!!!!!
You now have 10 pips, assorted greys & blues.
And you have 2 hatched, both from greys, 1 is yellow and 1 is chipmunk, so cute & tiny, they are sleeping in a pile.
Out of my 4 eggs, I have a (brown 1st gen) OE hatched, a blue, and 2 blue ams hatched, both blue and 1 more blue am to go.
So, things are going well out there, just made them another brooder box...and maybe a nap now.
Humidity at 65%
Temp at 99.6
I have been told by a few really old chicken breeders to raise my humdity,at lockdown, instead of 55% that I used to do, I raised it to 57-65%
Incubator rides along steady at 37%
Don't know if this will help anyone else, it works for me.
I have a humidor digital in the lockdown box, from a cigar shop.
It is small, and thin, and came with a magnetic stick-on so I can easily see it, and remove it when I clean.
I also have an inside-outside digital, which has wires to go into the box.
I know some (of you ) have no humidty read outs, cuz humidity is auto- matic in some incubators, so this may be an option for you to know what the humidity is in your incubator.
OK, now for a nap~~~~~~~~~~~
