I did amnio twice wth DD and not at all with DS. I had an abnormality with DD on some test, but the amnio showed there was no genetic anomally. (The second amnio I had with her was just to check lung maturity as I was in pre-term labor.) It sounds like the odds are on your side that the baby is fine, but still I'm sure you are wondering if you are in that 3%. I know I was convinced I was since my body kept trying to dump the pregnancy. I don't think I would have been able to carry thr pregnancy being so scared - I would have been too jumpy,and I think I would have lost her. The amnio did a lot to put my mind at ease so I could focus on staying upsidedown to get the pregnancy to term. I knew then that there was no genetic problem, so it was up to me to make sure she entered the world as strong as possible. FYI it is a big needle, but it does not hurt; just don't look at the needle! I hope Tuesday comes soon for you. That is an awful worry to carry!

just found out another relative passed away. he came to see the funeral last weekend and see the family.... i guess he was holding on as long as he could (almost 2 years of prostrate cancer)
so that brings the total for the miller family+ 3 funerals in 70 days. hate to say is but i am wondering who is next?

lol maybe we need to go to a monk shrine and sacrifice one of our birds in the hopes of a better year....
